A Shade Above

A Shade Above was the only shutter company that had what I wanted. Shontelle Moore was very helpful and if she didn’t know the answer she found out as I stood there. One shutter was overlooked, two shutters were too long, and one frame was too wide. I had to wait an additional three weeks, but I love my shutters.

We have had the most wonderful experience with A shade Above. They did an incredible job on our previous home that we used them again in our new home. Brandy was our sales woman and she was a delight to work with. She was responsive, precise and had an incredible level of communication when questions or updates were needed. I would highly recommend Brandy and the entire team at A Shade Above!

This is our 2nd time using A Shade Above in Charlotte. Shontelle Moore gave us excellent advice and the installer, Alan Thomas, did a great job making necessary adjustments to get the modern shades to fit in our old home. They were both professional and efficient and Shontelle's ongoing communication was great! We are very pleased with the quality of the shades and we will definitely use them again.
