I had originally left a five star review because the salesman was very helpful and the purchase of my used Volvo went great. I also had service completed a week after purchase, and it was wonderful! After purchasing my vehicle, communication has been extremely difficult. I had an issue getting my plates due to lack of communication. After reaching out to multiple people (email, phone, website), I got an answer. Now I am dealing with the same lack of communication for a different issue.

Don't do your repair their. It is low quality and high cost. The "service engine light" of my car was on. Instead of doing the repair at a nearby Firestone, I took my car to Johnson Volvo because I thought the dealer knew the car better. I had to take my car in 4 times to get it fixed. Each time they told me that they fixed a different problem. But when I get my car back the "service engine light" is on again. In total I paid over $2200 for the 4 trips. In the end it is the fuel pump issue, which was initially identified by Firestone with the estimated cost of $600.

Had to come back and leave a second review because theae people are top notch! I've been a Volvo owner for just over a year now. And everytime I come in they take super good care of me. Ben and Warren in the service department are Great! Just recently met Josh up front in sales, wonderful guy. He's working with me on finding a newer model s90. I have worked with just about everyone at this dealership in this one year and have not been let down yet. Thank you everyone at Johnson Volvo for your all around care, I'd thank you each individually but I'm not great with names! Seriously thank every single one of you. Lifetime Customer.
