Horrible customer service. My husband called trying to hire their services and the lady who answered the phone was very rude.

These people target cars of the low income, then make it cost prohibitive for them to get their vehicles back. In effect, they take cars from the defenseless. If you want to pay with a card, they add 20%, forcing you into pay cash, if you can pay at all. Apparently they aren't a reputable tow company the law enforcement would call in case of breakdown or accident. They are contracted with lower income apartment complexes. Apartment complexes should do a better job of taking care of their residents and ditch these people. This review will not hurt them as they do not come up on a Google search for tow companies. I'm just putting it out there though because what comes around goes around. Karma's a b****
