      image Not necessarily this store but the representative Alex Colon was so rude and disrespectful when I called abt there being a discrepancy in my bill even though he told me a rate and then two months later and it randomly went up. He was like listen sweet heart let me get this clear that is not the way to talk to your customers. Worst sales associate encounter ever

      image This is for ZERO stars! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! I am speaking of this company in general, not necessarily the store! I was sold an internet and cell package that NEVER existed for me. Instead of 2 different supervisors righting the wrong, they were both EXTREMELY rude. I will be canceling all services and locating a new provider!
