      image I switched over to T Mobile about a month ago, I bought 3 new phones and on my phone, I can't use my RCS chats because for I don't know how why it's still trying to verify my number. I went to the store I few times and talked on the phone to customer service which told me the problem would be fixed by the end of the week and I'm still getting the same results. I believe that I should be able to full functions out of my phone without any complications but that is not the case.
