After spending weeks figuring out our design plan, as well as paying them for their design planning services, they quit responding to our calls/emails without any explanation or communication why. I've tried emailing and calling multiple times over the past few weeks, explaining we are ready to move forward with our sign, and they aren't responding! Very strange. From our end, we don't see anything we have done for them not to want our business! We wasted time and energy, so be weary.

We have outstanding invoices that remain unpaid. Ed will not return phone calls or respond to emails. I would recommend payment up front before doing any work for this company.
