I was, n am, completely satisfied. Richard explained a holistic approach to painting interior. He explained how one color affected another to get the look I was looking for to where it made sense to me. He explained everything from the paint colors to trim. Provided options to accomplish my ideas. He is personally involved with every step of the process from initial consult to finish. He called me everyday to let me know how painting was proceeding. During the final walk thru he addressed everything, question I had from the beginning. He's involved throughout the job, beginning to end. Answers n explains any questions, extremely knowledgeable n shares his knowledge so I could understand. He really knows what he's talking about n does with a passion! His only concern is for the customer to be pleased. He knows what he's talking about. I have 3 other rooms to be painted n will DEFINITELY have Five Star do them. He's honest, fair n caring.
