The worst U-Haul I have ever been too with rude employee. The women who works there is very rude and inefficient. I made a reservation through the website and came there to pick up and after wasting 30 minute of my time they said they don't have the equipment that I rented there AND Blame the website that is not being updated. No apology or trying to help us. I will never do any business with this location again.

Absolutely blown away with the customer service! The new manager jumped through hoops to get us what we needed. Even drove my husband to a nearby competing uhaul store because they had what we needed. From the ladies behind the counter to the guys in the back... everyone was a pleasure to work with. They are working hard to make this location the absolute best!!!

I was charged a $20 fee returning the truck at 8:30PM because it was after hours even though that is the time I selected when making the reservation but was never told about the fee. The truck share self checking wasn't working properly so I still had to go in. On top of it all Uhaul snuck in additional charges for fuel even though it was returned at the same fuel level as when it was picked up. $200 for a 15' truck for a local move....go elsewhere

I had rented a trailer on 4/10/22. The employee who assisted me was very helpful and friendly and the trailer worked just fine.
The issue was when I was on my way to return the U-Haul and had 5 CMPD officers pull up and detain me for possession of stolen property. The trailer was reported stolen previously then returned then rented to me. U-Haul had never reported the trailer returned. I have a call in to U-Haul however have not heard back.
