Went to tour this past Saturday and it was a great experience. Alex S was thorough and answered all my questions. I am really considering making this property my home.

Dont move here .. there are break ins weekly . The property managers dont care and they dont enforce any kind of rules. For example , they claim to be a gated community but dont enforce parking rules so anyone can either wait behind someone else to get in the neighborhood or park on the side of the street and walk in because they know they wont get towed . You pay for amenities that dont work . The TVs in the common area and the fire pit NEVER worked since the day we moved in and it was being built . The gate is always broken , the list could really go on. The only PRO to this neighborhood is the floor plans , we love our actual apartment but the neighborhood and property management is TRASH . Even in our apartment , things were falling apart at move in and still are . We just take the bad with the good because we still love the space we have inside and just have chosen to stop complaining to deaf ears

This community is beautiful, well kept and very peaceful! I was attracted to the close proximity to a few of my favorite stores and the highways 485 & 85. The office staff is extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly.

We visited the Highlands at Alexander Pointe looking for our son. We met Alex and since we didnt have an appointment she asked if we could wait and she would work us in. We were not in a rush so we waited for about 10 minutes and then we sat down with Alex. We discussed what we were looking for, our timeline and what was available. Alex showed us a few of the open units. She was very thorough in her tour and extremely friendly but also very professional. I was very impressed with her ability to juggle us and other clients/residents. I forgot to mention while this was happening she was the only person on staff at the time and the front gates were not working properly. She easily balanced all this without making anyone feel ignored. It was pretty amazing. In conclusion, we will be applying for a unit at Highlands. Again, we were very impressed with Alex and the property!!
