When looking for a realtor I look for honesty, integrity, and I need to feel that my realtor is as excited about finding the perfect Home for my family as I am. I was extremely fortunate to find the Janezic Realty Group for my recent Purchase and home sale, Rob Janezic and his entire team demonstrated these qualities in abundance. My entire experience with the Janezic Realty Group was handled with quality, care and attention to detail. My questions and concerns were always addressed immediately, and followed up with the appropriate action. My home sale was under contract within 24 hours of going on the market because I followed the Janezic Realty Group suggestions to prepare the home for sale and it was priced correctly. I defiantly had the correct team in my corner for the Purchase of my New home in this competitive market, as they were aggressive yet courteous all while providing advice to me and staying in constant contact with the Seller agent. Working with Carmen Girouard and Rob Janezic was a pleasure! They represented us as both our buying agents with our new home as well as our selling agents for the house we have lived in for 20 years. My highest recommendation possible! I was a realtor in my home state of Kentucky for many years. I used Rob when I moved to Charlotte. He is by far the best and most ethical and conscientious realtor I have ever seen. Please do yourself a favor and call Rob before you list your house or buy a new home.
