Wish I could give 0 stars. Or Post pics of what I'm dealing with... There is a piece of siding coming off my house, my back fence fell over from dry rot and 3 months later I just now got a response from maintenance telling me to "just tear it down and haul it away. No replacement"... That is not my job as a tenant. I have 10 other issues as well. Save yourself the trouble, if you see PMI, just find somewhere else to live

Hello Connor, The owners have decided not to replace the fence. Clearly it is not your responsibility to tear down the fence and haul it away. We will arrange this on behalf of the property owners. The loose siding is actually not siding, but part of a bigger problem with the gutter that is not properly moving the water to the downspout. This has damaged the Facia and Soffit. The owner has approved this for repair and should be completed in the next 7 days.Our last work order we completed for you was on April 3rd, regarding a hot water valve leaking and it was corrected successfully the same day.The only 2 work orders we have from you, that are still open, are the gutters and the fence. If you have more issues, please create work orders on line through our website portal or call our Live Person Maintenance Hotline that is available 24/7 and they will make the work orders for you. Submitted a application for a property. Paid the requested fees. Was told that the application wasn't finalized due needing to add my husband information. But never received a link to make the right corrections. Never received a refund for the application that apparently wasn't ever submitted.. And haven't heard anything from the agency either. A complete scam...

We can see that you completed your application, but Xavier O, H., ( we have his full name and details, he did not complete his application even though he had a link and we can see he started his application but never completed the application.We never processed your application (Erica and Xavier) because it was not complete, so you should not be charged the application fee. As a policy we do not consider any application for a property lease unless the full application is completed. I am sorry if you are disappointed in not being considered for our rental property, but hopeful you see that we can only work with fully completed applications. UPDATED on 12-16-2023 - from what David is saying the agent that was going to do the tour found out he had Covid and that is understandable however, if you found this out last minute and/or the day of, I should have been contacted hours before 11am even before 9am to cancel. Knowing that this tour was scheduled for PMI and that there was a commitment for the tour, someone else could have completed the tour. As I stated, better business practices when it comes to scheduling and communication with potential renters. ORIGINAL REVIEW- So I work 3rd shift and stayed up just to make sure I made it to the SCHEDULED TOUR that I scheduled two weeks ago. I received a text message at 8:03am stating that it was a reminder about the tour at 11am. At 10:37am I receive a text stating that the agent was out of the office and for me to reschedule the tour asap. This is very unorganized and unprofessional. After looking at another review that states the same thing about PMI AMAZING SPACES, this seems like the company's bad business practices. Does NOT look good at all to potential renters. Completely wasted my time! Please do not leave a response with an excuse. Consider peoples time and be better organized..
