      image Called to get a tank installed for a gas fire place, stove, and grill. They said that it fell below their required usage minimum. They say they cater to residential service, clearly that is not the case.

      image The delivery service is fine as long as your delivery does not fall on a weekend or holiday. If it does they will just skip your delivery. If you call and need propane right away they will say they will deliver the next morning or within the next 2 days at most, but they don't. It takes me at least 3 calls to customer service, a call to my rep and them escalating the issue before I get my delivery once missed. Our company has had to go buy propane more than once because of missed deliveries and we are on a monthly schedule with them.
