Boys- pick up the pace and pay more attention. We specifically avoid this store because even ordering one gallon of paint with no customers ahead of us magically turns into a 45 minute ordeal. We send even our customers in Waxhaw to Johnston Rd and send our customers in Ballantyne to the one on Providence to avoid mistakes and long wait times. Is never a long wait because of a surpluss of customers. Is a long wait because you guys move in slow motion as if posing for cameras and you also don't pay very good attention. One day we waited 45 minutes to rent a pressure washer. Just have to move with a purpose and stay off your phones so you can pay better attention. You have a bad reputation with other SW stores and with our customers. Not a mad review. Just some advice. I have tried to call and tell you guys directly but no one cared so maybe here is better as you seem to pay more attention to phone screens as opposed to an actual conversation. Internet seems more convenient for y'all. 👍
