Nicole was the representative that we were connected to. In the beginning she was somewhat responsive until we were set up with monthly draft payments. Then she slowly stop communicating first excuse was her parents did a pop up visit. We thought , that still not a reason not to respond for almost two weeks. Then we requested more features for our business and again no response. Once I sent an email and cc other representatives , she stated she thought we shouldn’t work together because we were to busy already. When we asked if we could cancel she never responded but reach sure drafted their monthly charge!!!
