Irregular instructor details. Also, if you’re work ethic includes quality and persistence NEVER I repeat NEVER work for at this location. They won’t pay you on time. I worked here through a temp agency and received a pay card, which was a hassle even trying to activate. Plus, the agency i was hired through (STAFFMARK) quoted on the phone “Looks like they’ve sent you a paper check in the mail”, which i still happen to be waiting for. It has been two weeks since I’ve spoken to that rep and still no check. They also have lost records of my actual start time so I’ll only be receiving one check instead of 2 which is what I’ve actually earned. I repeat, if you’re looking for quality work 5100 W W.T. Harris Serta Simmons bedding isn’t for you.

I have had this mattress for 2 years and 3 months, in which it has a HUGE 2+ inch divot in the left side. They have declined my warranty because I "didn't have a center support", even though I paid for delivery and it was set up wrong. Neither simmons or Mattress Source will fix it. I put a mattress cover on it and everything, TO PROTECT my warranty. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER AGAIN. When you pay nearly 1k for a mattress, you expect the stupid thing to last more than 2 years before you wake up with back pain because the MATTRESS HAS FAILED DUE TO A FACTORY DEFECT.
