My experience with Integrity Heating and cooling was a solidly good experience all around. Nick came and checked my system, just a day after requested consultation. He was respectful, knowledge and polite. Kari who worked our paperwork and scheduled our install was fast and efficient. Abraham And Demetrius came to do my install and they were so kind, efficient, clean and helpful. They were very quiet and respectful of my working from home. GOLD STARs all around. And the sweet gesture at the end of their visit definitely made me smile and solidify my choice. I also found them through Costco after my home warranty company sent a less than great contractor over. Only had our unit 1 days but very please at the equipment and service received.

My experience with Integrity Heating & Cooling has been positive. Their sales group was responsive and informative helping us evaluate various options and provide competitive pricing. The installation team was punctual, informative, and quickly replaced our AC unit. Based on the service received to date I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

This was a Costco referred job. Everything went well. Sales rep was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and answered our questions completely. Office staff were excellent. Timely at setting up installation. Installation crew were exceptional. Notified us when they were coming, explained what they were going to do and the timing of installation. Put down drop cloths throughout the house, discussed problems with us to ensure they were doing what we wanted, and did outstanding at cleaning up once they were done. Installers did a great job at showing us how to use the new system and thermostat and made sure they had answered our questions before they left. New unit was a tight fit in our closet configuration so had to reconfigure the system to get it to fit. They discussed with us what they were doing to be sure we were comfortable with what they had to do to make the new unit fit. The whole experience was outstanding, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend this company.
