Walked in planning on buying pillows. Walked away with a dining table and chairs. Paige was an awesome sales person. Very helpful.

The store is organized and clean. They sale home good items. It's in a shared shopping center with plenty of parking. The prices are high, but they typically have a 15 to 25 percent off sale. They have a rewards program. The customer service is lacking at this location. Many times staff appear nice and fixated on something, you can be in the store for 20 minutes not get a hello or any help unless you ask. What is posted online and what is in store don't match. Online makes it seem like they have a full in stock store of items. I prefer to see the item when getting home goods before I buy. Online they prefer you to come in store to pick up. Not sure why maybe they are trying to save on shipping costs or want you to buy something else when you pick up. Happy shopping!

I had A very detailed review I decided to erase it bc the manager apologized. Hopefully my complaint will help her with better customer service skills. If not she will run into this problem again and next time maybe a worse outcome Stop the excuses and recognize your mistake or intention.
