image Went today and the Staff was more than helpful... Only down fall-- seemed a little low on material but staff stated they will be receiving more soon. Would definitely recommend if shopping for stone of any sort.

image Builder recommend for us to go to Granite Depot and look for a level 1 granite. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful. If you are looking for Granite and and honest staff with personality, go see these guys!!!

image the system they are using of the deal they re working out with the granite fabricators is not working and misleading. I went to this place on 1440 westinghouse blvd to pick a piece of granite and they don't tell you the prices and they don't have the prices on their products. when i asked about the price they referred me to the fabricator who is going to cut and shape the germaine to my kitchen counters. So i dod not know whether to go up or down on quality. I don't know what kind of deal and or commission they have between them but the customer stay on the dark as far as picking a quality and price. So none of them could give me any direction or advice in there they gave me a board with a pen and they said go look around and bring us only the reference number and we will ship it to your fabricator (Arthur Riceman ) who could care less about me going there 2 or 3 times with him not there to help me picking the right product. The personal at this place was not helpful and the crook Arthur iceman was worse delaying the job by far and getting paid and never finished the job.
So I had a bad experience buying granite, i will never go back to this place nor deal with these people or the people they deal with who referred me to them.

image I had a horrible and extremely depressing experience with Granite Depot.
I spent a lot of time and went to a lot of effort to pick granite slabs to be used for my new construction, I finally settled on pieces from Granite Depot and had them put a hold on the slabs I wanted. I was so glad to have that important decision made and it was something I no longer had to worry about amongst all the other things that still had to be decided on for my new house. Well, apparently these people don't understand that it takes time to build a house because right when I was ready for the granite to be delivered to the installer I found out that they had removed the hold on my pieces and sold them already (they made this decision without calling me or my installer to make sure that the pieces were no longer needed, they just flat out sold what was being held for me without verifying anything with anyone). Then, after being notified by my installer of what they had done, they put a hold on two slabs of the same type and were just going to send those instead - I requested a photo be sent to me of the replacement slabs that were supposedly just like what I had them hold originally and they looked nothing at all like what I had chosen and were very ugly. Honestly, I feel as though they picked ugly pieces that they have probably been trying to get rid of as the replacements hoping that by the time I would realize it would be too late. Now I have to start over from the beginning searching for new granite slabs for my home at a critical point when the actual installation of said slabs should be taking place.
Absolutely nonexistent customer service. These people obviously do not care at all - maybe if you're purchasing much more large scale they may show you some consideration, but as a homeowner purchasing just for your own needs I strongly recommend going elsewhere. There are a line of granite suppliers on that very same street, so why choose a place that doesn't value its customers at all?
