My husband ordered roses for our anniversary and was having them delivered to my place of business and when it approached 3pm they called to find out why they had not been delivered because I get off at 4 and the Owner said she never received the order so when we got upset and ask for a refund she said she couldnâ€™t help me and then said she paid someone to do her website and we needed to call them and gave us there number and they said they have nothing to do with her orders so we called her back and she hung up on us! Please be aware of this company and never use them! They are a sad excuse for a company and could care less about customer service and we will be co reacting the better business bureau and action 9 so that everyone hears there name and stays clear of them and never does business with them. Pictures donâ€™t lie. The order had been placed on 11/1 so well in advance and money taken from our accountâ€¦ horrible horrible customer relations
