        Order flowers on Valentines Day that unfortunately did not arrive on time, but I received a phone call the next day from someone representing the shop who apologized profusely and was willing to refund me and send us flowers for free. Although I was upset at the time, I was happy that someone reached to explain the error and went above and beyond to make things right. I will continue to use Southern Blossom as my florist of choice!
