Todd's Flowers

I ordered Stargazer lilies and instead they sent carnations with pinecones. They have refused to answer my calls, refund my purchase or resolve this issue. Some of the worst customer service, DO NOT order from them.

average selection, prices are ok but the costumer service is so so.

This place is now under new ownership and is SOOOO much better. Great customer service. The selection is more wider and diverse now and prices have really came down. I'm a customer of Todd's again!

My daughter is shipping out oct 27th, having a church wedding next September but they wanted to make it "legal" before she left so she is getting married this evening. She makes it sound like no big deal because this is just the "legal" part mom, not the "real" ceremony. The lord was shining down on us because we found her the prettiest little cream colored vintage lace dress yesterday and I wanted her to have a small bouquet but $$$ is tight. I work across the street from Todd's Flowers so I walked over this morning and explained what I wanted and that I didn't have a lot of $$$. Rule of thumb they don't make arrangements for what my budget was but they made an acception and the gentleman that made the arrangement "Ron" went above and beyond for my girl and it is a beautiful, small, arrangement, just want I wanted her to have. Thank you Ron for making my baby's day a little more special. That was my first time doing business with them but when I need flowers in the future they will get my business and if we have flowers next September at the Wedding they will get that business too.
