Oh I'm so delighted, surprised, and so happy with my surprise! Thank you so much for delivering such beautiful flowers and yummy chocolates with care; I was so caught off guard, I only wish I could share them with the delivery man! I am so lucky to have a loved one do this, and I'm grateful for you for a wonderful and colorful surprise

Carmel Florist created 21 centerpieces for our graduation brunch last week. I received a lot of compliments on how gorgeous they turned out. Very reasonable delivery fee and pricing for a beautiful product! Thank you!

I live out of state and ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Moms Birthday online. The ordering process was simple and I received confirmation that my order had been placed. I got a call explaining that the exact arrangement I ordered would need some changing due to some pieces not available. I was totally fine with this and trusted it would still be beautiful. I got a second call from the delivery driver saying he was five minutes away to drop off the arrangement. Fantastic customer service all around! The flowers are gorgeous and my Mom said they are prettier in person! She absolutely loved them! Thank you!

One of the rare places in Charlotte offering a Japanese style ikebana arrangement. Actually wish they had more styles like this as the arrangement comes out more polished and less random than most other types.   We were very pleased with the artful results!
