It seems that most 1* reviews are with people having horrible experiences by trying to return purchased items. I had the opposite experience. All the workers who were stocking up the shelves were super nice! There were a few of them. I was there with my dog. Everyone was really kind, even the cashier was super nice. I'll make sure to buy items I don't need to return.
I took one star off because the clearance items were not really that much more percent off and some items were priced unreasonably high considering that this store has a reputation of being "affordable with reasonable price tags". Also, I wish I was able to find more variations of one item. I was looking for particular storage containers but they would only have that item in one color or one size instead of a collection. So, it's definitely a store where it's "one of a kind" items and you have to search hard to find variations or matching items.
Overall, I am always astonished by the variety of inventory in all their retail locations. I'm grateful to whomever is in charge of searching for and purchasing the invention. I absolutely go there for their perishable items, always! And, I am never disappointed.

Well supplied and reasonably well organized store. Materials are easy to locate and do give it some time to go through. If you're looking for small gifts (candles, some young kids and dog toys) and if the kitchen cookware needs an update, this store may be a good start.
