        Went here for a check up and a cleaning had not had a cleaning in a while. But I’ve had some excellent work done by Dr. kiser on North Tryon, wonderful office and service. Dr Hager office did a horrible job cleaning my teeth. Very disappointed. I would not recommend.

        Dr. Hagar will do procedures you do not need, it's all about the money for her. They will also send you a bill for a service you specifically said not to be done, if they choose to do it, why should you be responsible for the fees? Any work she has done for you, she will brag to the dental hygienist/dental assistant about it, does't such and such look great, I did it. Pathetic!

        Acting rude, and discriminating, they have left door locked in my face twice, and could not get in the office to explain a bill to me that I know I do not owe the office. The outfit can not be in service to clients, and pick and choose who to serve. So sad.
