Stewart Randall H DDS

I hate visiting the dentist but was referred here when we moved to Charlotte six years ago. I always have a great experience and find the dental assistants and Dr. Stewart very gentle - everything I’ve had done has been totally painless. They are very accommodating and have worked with me around busy schedules as far as booking appointments. We moved to a different part of town and changed insurance so now this office is super far away and out of my network but I still come because they make going to the dentist totally painless.

Entire team is great here. Whether I come in for a cleaning or to have dental work done, I feel like I am treated like an individual and they are taking care of my long term dental health. Everything is explained in common sense terms, making me feel like I am making the right decisions.

I don’t even want to put 1 star. I don’t know where to begin with this dental office. I worked here for a short time and was appalled at how Randal Stewart treats his employees. He is absolutely nasty and rude, treats them like they are stupid and was so demeaning time after time. All he cares about is the money and once he receives it he no longer cares about the patient if they are unhappy. This office does not follow OSHA rules. Several times he would go into clean drawers with bloody gloves on. He threw instruments out of his way if you gave him something he didn’t need. The office is so unorganized! Randal throws things in random cabinets/drawers and then it will be your fault when you can’t find something. I can’t express enough how many wrong things are going on in this office.
