Motorola Solutions

I purchased a Motorola Turbo April 11, 2015 and have had nothing but problems with it. The phone has been replaced 2 times for the same problem and now the sound has gone out of the second one! This means that I'm going the have to get a third replacement!!!! I have owned nothing but Motorola since the 80's but I can honestly say this IS my last one! The sad thing is they know the problem I had the first two times IS a known problem with the phone but yet they haven't come up with a fix. They only want to replace with the same phone knowing it has the same problem. So Motorola you can take your phones and shove them! I am going to an iPhone!

It's unbelievable story to go through their online purchasing and got a cell phone and tried to exchange it after I found out it can't be unlocked through AT&T, which I paid full price. I called them three times. Each time it took about an hour.Their written policy promised to exchange for whatever reason. But in reality they just screwed you up.
