Experience of a delivery driver service driver: I wouldn't take any orders from these clowns. They do the song and dance where they lie to your face and say "I'm going to get your order" and then come back 15 minutes later. When I talked with the rude waitress about it, the little dictator manager came out and started literally swearing at me for having the audacity to complain about how long it took and the lie she told. Nope. Another restaurant on the "No Go" list - unless you like waiting forever and rude people.

A MUST STOP food spot every time I visit Charlotte! Great BBQ/comfort food and combo selections that allow you to choose more than one meat option.

Good BBQ place, great service. Wasn't super impressed with the sauces that came on the table but everything I ordered was enjoyable without. Drinks ran a lot more expensive than we expected ($15 for a margarita) but we probably fell prey to an up-sell without noticing. (Looked like it was $10 on the menu).
