The Commons at University Square Apartments

DO NOT LEASE HERE! If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would. This is hands down the absolute worst place I have ever lived. The office staff is incompetent and never get a thing done. They never answer the phone, they lose paperwork and then threaten to fine you due to THEIR negligence, and they steal money from people. The building itself is falling apart and no one cares. There is constantly trash all over the complex parking lot. Maintenance requests go unresolved for weeks. Their property manager is never available to talk. Their main management office has no legitimate phone number anywhere. I have never lived somewhere so wretched in my life.

I moved here about a year ago. The new management team is really nice. They had just purchased the property when I moved in. I love my apartment. I have had no issues since move in. The maintenance team is very friendly. I would recommend.

I visited The Commons At University Square looking for a possible apartment for my son that will be starting college soon. The staff there were absolutely amazing. Tia, Raven and Jackie all were very knowledgeable about the apartments floor plans and the surrounding area . I had a lot of questions and they were so nice and respectful to answer them all. Thank you so so much for all of your help!! Definitely at the top of my list for my son!!!

Scammed into paying an application fee. I offered to come back in person but they insisted on calling me. They never called or contacted me. The leasing office is randomly closed in the middle of the day during posted business hours.
