    My favorite tour so far, what a breath of fresh air! I have been touring for weeks and have not found the perfect place until now. Nyasha was phenomenal and the pricing is incredible. And the VIEWS! Ahhh I am obsessed. Unfortunately I am not moving right away but I will definitely keep the Gibson as my #1 pick!

    Toured this property because my wife and I are looking to relocate to Charlotte and were thoroughly impressed. Nyasha did a wonderful job, was very informative, and answered all the questions we had. The amenities were our favorite as we work from home and the lounge has all the room we need. We are not moving until July so we will definitely be checking their website once more apartment are available in that timeframe.

    We lived here 3 years & moved out 3 months ago. The office will act nice but theyre sneaky. I was told by Nyasha, in an email on February 12th,that we would receive a deposit within 30 days. Its now past the 30 days and she wont respond to any emails. Her automated email said to email Alfred,I did and he hasnt responded. Absolutely disgusted with how they treat former residents. Should we get to the apartment now? Theres pee and poop in the hallways. The handles are off the doorssome doors dont even close all the way to this secure building. The trash is absolutely disgusting. People dont use the chute cuz something will be stuck,which causes residents to throw their trash bags in the trash room,which then overflows into the parking garage. The elevators were always broken. They post on social media but still cant respond to emails. The list goes on and on. Do not give this apartment any of your money. Leasing office,you can email or call me,as you definitely have my contact info. Update: new management told me in an email their accountant would cut us a check. This was March 19th. Its now the April 6th and we still dont have our deposit. They also dont like when u say these comments on their instagram. They blocked me. Absolutely immature and not helpful. Again, DO NOT MOVE HERE so you dont have to deal with these terrible people!!

    The Gibson is the most accommodating apartment complex I have ever worked worked with! From the customer service to the outstanding staff on site, I have never been more impressed with a complex in my life. From the mail room, to the front desk staff, I have never been more appreciated in a rental than I am now. I wouldnt recommend any other apartment to anyone in the area 10/10 customer service and experience.

    I've lived at The Gibson for the past 3 years and it's been on a decline ever since. The constant change in property management, front desk staff and maintenance crew makes this place a complete mess. My car got stolen from their gated parking garage last year and they did nothing about it. It was from my own vigilantism, I found out several other cars were stolen/broken into. You want to know The Gibson's response? They started charging their residents to park in their garage. Absolutely asinine. The Gibson likes to tout luxurious living but I disagree - they have an overwhelming trash issue, the pool is constantly filled with leaves and debris, the elevators are often out of service, and they think that placing a single box of donuts in their lounge room once a month qualifies as a "resident event". The only reason I'm still living here is because I negotiated my rent renewal and refused to pay anything more than what I was currently paying. If you are looking to spend over $1400 in rent, do not spend it here. It's simply not worth it. I'll end with this: while the ladies at the front desk are nice/pleasant to speak to, that shouldn't overshadow the serious issues with The Gibson. Do not be fooled by their smiling facesthis place sucks. **Also, if you've seen an influx of positive reviews in the past week, they were incentivizing residents to leave reviews in exchange for entry into a giveaway for concert tickets.**
