I wish google had 0 stars. Management is unprofessional and has a very nasty attitude. Incorrect bills keep appearing even long after my move out, and these SCAMMERS refuse to do anything to correct their mistakes.

This place is very unethical, always trying to steal from tenants, lie about everything, disrespectful, and are very very rude. They treat tenants like ATM machines. Property manager is pointless to talk to to resolve any issue. I am not sure why anyone would invest in an apartment complex and hand it to such unprofessional people to manage it. Worst business ever I had to deal with, and I hope authorities will catch up with their shady practices.

Do yourself a huge favor and don't move here!!! After the new management takeover, the new office staff has no dignity, morals or shame. There are so many hidden charges and they use every trick they can to squeeze more money out their current and former tenants. You will be left fighting with collection companies and credit bureaus. You better have lots of free time and be willing to spend money on lawyers. Maintenance is nonexistent and the place is not kept clean. Pet owners don't pick up after their dogs and dog mess is all over the grass. It looks disgusting and is unsanitary. You are working hard to give residents great experience?! Sorry, but that was really hard to notice when living there or after moving out. It might be your nasty attitude. Your business model is trying to screw over everyone that comes your way - tenants, applicants, contractors, etc.

Stay away from this apartments management horrible. I apply for an apartment November 2022. I paid the application fee that I understand its not refundable and they hold $150 refundable to hold the apartment while the application is in process and if you get declined they will refund $150 so far they supposed to refund my $150 back. They told me on November 2022 that it need to go thru corporate and will take at least 1 month I not understand why but I say ok no problem. Now today March 5 2023 still not got my money. Dont fall on that and dont leave you $150 they are a crook they play with people money. I got all the proof to provide. I will keep posting negative comment till I see my money watch.
