      image Rodie was an absolute pleasure to tour with. He answered all my questions and was totally transparent with me with all of his answers. Even though I wasnt able to move in due to my income, I would have moved in in a heartbeat if I was able. Amenities are lovely, apartments are nice, & it seems like a nice quiet area.

I've done some research and a few people who have moved out "I made friends with during my stay at Ascent" have advised me they were charged for the replacement of a stove top? Anyone else? I have a copy of their move out charges.. This is strange...
