Canopy at Baybrook Apartments

For the short time I have been here, I've been impressed with the customer service. Any question I have is not a burden but welcomed. I enjoy my mornings, and when I'm home after work to relax, I feel it. Safe, relaxed, and happy. I can't think of anything better. We love it here! Great amenities, neighbors are friendly, we're close to just about everything. Would recommend!

Just a heads up, my family was looking at moving in. Your leasing agent, Alex, is an amazing person and did and an even better job at showing us how beautiful of a place Canopy is. Unfortunately , your reviews show a side of your management team that is lack luster to say the least. Instead of addressing your renter's concerns you direct them to contact the office. I am sure they are writing these reviews because of a lack of participation from your management office. I believe it is a hard pass on Canopy, solely based on management's response to renter's problems.

Friendly neighbors, stores close to the community, quiet place to live, apartments are a nice size. The staff are very nice people. The updates on the community looks like it's going to be very nice.

I really wanted to love this place...but unfortunately, we have had an issue with roaches. Now for some context...I do live on the first floor and an occasional bug is expected every now and then, but this has been a consistent issue for us on and off for the past several months. Besides that everything else is okay. Maintenance shows up within 24 hours and complex is in a good location. Trash service is useless- we are forced to pay for it every month and literally never use it because it is so inconsistent. I rate it 3 stars. Update: I lowered my review to 2 stars because this evening I was taking a nap …and awoke to a roach crawling down my neck! I can not wait to move next month.
