Placed an online order, got a confirmation and my card was charged but the location was closed.
Upside, they promptly acknowledged the issue and issued a refund.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. I placed an online order & paid (under the name Peg). I got notifications of when the order was confirmed, prepping, and completed & once I arrived they were closed! I looked inside, everything is completely dark and I see multiple unattended orders placed on the screen. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing!

Very disappointed. I placed an order online under the name Peg. It went through and they took my payment and it even said it was ready when I arrived. When I walked up the, doors are locked and lights are off. I can see a ton of orders up on the screens but no one is inside. No option to refund on the app so I am upset.

There's no option for zero star... I'd have picked that.. we ordered dinner from here on a Friday night. I drove 10 mins each way to pick up the order and when I got home the bag contained a wrong item. When I called I was put on hold twice and then they hung up.
Finally talked to someone and they said they would have my item ready for pickup.. again drove 10 mins to pick up the order and they didn't have it. Waited for another 15 mins.. I had to talk to the manager and she had my order made. By the time I got home it had been 50 or so minutes since I had picked up the original order.. my noodles which was part of the original order was cold and dry... I did not even get an apology let alone offer for a refund..
Never going here again..
