Eight months ago, I posted a very low score in my review. This time I am impressed. The technicians went above and beyond my expectations and kindly addressed my issue. They went out of their way looking for another store that can fill the prescription. They were on hold for more than twenty minutes. I am very appreciative. They were amazing. Thank you very much.

I have just had the worst customer service experience imaginable at Walgreens Pharmacy. To the extent that I left and immediately transferred my family prescriptions.

The pharmacist are arrogant and huffy, I was told to come back for a prescription in 15 minutes. When I came back the prescription was not ready. I was then told to come back in another 15 minutes with a nasty attitude.

Horrible pharmacy. My son is sick and its taking them over 2 days to fill a simple antibiotic they can never answer your questions and are extremely slow. Looks like new people are working there every month. Lazy employees dont want to talk on phone. Also, they do a terrible job at contacting your insurance for approval of prescriptions you have to keep contacting them multiple times in order to get anything accomplished. Stay away from this Walgreens (or Walgreens in general)!
