      image I have been a client for several years and have always paid my bill of approximately $800/year. I always have my information on QuickBooks which I provide to them through a flash drive. I also fill out the annual client paperwork that they send me which basically fills in all the blanks, so all they have to do is fill in the blanks in their software. I may reach out 2-3 times per year with a question via email or a quick phone call.
      Today I received a letter that said they are "making some changes and they can no longer provide service to me". Wow, thanks a lot.
