A shout out to Jim at the Basket Tree Florist on a fantastic job on our flower need for our daughters wedding. Jim was super easy to talk with, very professional, all our arrangements were gorgeous and added an elegant touch to special day. Thank you so much Jim.

So I wasn't going to leave this review, but after interaction with an employee, I feel that I have to. We purchased a bouquet for my girlfriend's birthday and her mother wanted to call and ask about it as she said she wasn't fully satisfied. After my girlfriend's mother called to talk to someone and left a message with her phone number as a call back, an employee instead called my girlfriend (the receiver, not purchaser, never had any interaction with them). The employee, Jim, called the wrong number, was immediately aggressive, and when my girlfriend told him it was the wrong number he called my girlfriend a LIAR. After having a slight argument about what phone number he called, he realized he was in fact wrong and got huffy and hung up. He then called my girlfriend's mother and when she brought up that he called us a liar and how rude he was, his only response was "I have a high Google review and do not care"
Jim was just incredibly rude and unprofessional. We will never do business with them again and recommend against anyone we know going here.
Don't give your business to rude people.

I needed some flowers sent to my wife at work for her birthday since I was going to be out of town. I tried the usual garbage websites and didnt like anything about it. I decided to go with a local florist. I called did my order online with Basket Tree and chose florists choice for birthday and I immediate received a call from Jim thanking me and telling me he would personally make sure it was delivered on time and would be beautiful, and boy he did not disappoint!!
I attached a photo of the arrangement and my wife was BEYOND thrilled with it. Said it was the biggest and most beautiful arrangement shed ever gotten. And I paid less than the SMALLEST option on the big website you know the one that starts with an 800 number. Please support your local florists! Dont use the big guys.
And thank you to Jim and everyone at basket tree who made this possible for my wife on her birthday! Will use yall in the future for everything flower related!
