Stay away! Poor communication and hidden broker fees! The listing does not mention broker fees yet Joe (realtor) requested broker fees days after showing the rental unit. In addition, it took many days to get a response after providing my personal information and documents. They even ran a credit check without giving me the heads up. I am grossly unsatisfied with how things were handled.

I'm extremely disappointed in his lack of communication and up front information.
Listed an apartment and after viewing it, requesting all of my information, I still haven't met the actual landlord and all of my private documents were given and my credit run.
After days with no communication he tells me, a broker fee applies. Nothing on the listing said that. Proof attached.
STAY AWAY!!!
