Worst car service experience of my life. The driver was unsafe and didn't know where we were going even though we clearly gave them the address. We're lucky we made it home and without an accident. The experience was like being in a bad David Lynch film and not in a cool or fun way. Don't do it!

Legally speaking, it became kidnapping when the driver wouldn't let me leave the vehicle after announcing that he would be driving us FORTY MINUTES in the opposite direction of where we had asked to go, and wouldn't explain why. He kept saying he was "bringing us to his boss's house" and she would "drive us to Albany". They kept saying we would get to the airport on time, but we hadn't even told them when we needed to be there. I truly feel like something terrible might have happened to me if we hadn't finally forced him to pull over and let us out.
We had to demand to be allowed out for several minutes and threaten legal steps if they wouldn't let us out of the car. We were left by a dollar general on the side of the highway with no alternative choices, twenty minutes farther from our destination than when we started.
