Worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. Nobody answers the phone, they overcharge rent, and you have to fight to get your deposit back. It’s absolutely impossible to get in contact with them, you just keep being sent to different voicemails. Absolutely horrible experience with Pan Am!

We lived at the 2 Water property for 11 years and loved every moment of our tenancy. The staff exceeds all levels of professionalism - they keep the building running perfectly at all times. Geraldine and Sang in the home office were always responsive and helpful. The building has great amenities and is spotless. Mostly, the doormen/porters/and building manager are just gems. We had a very hard time leaving this building and will miss it greatly.

Lived at a PanAm property for just under 3 years. While the super was very quick and communicative the same cannot be said for ANYBODY else at the company.
Over the last couple years I attempted to contact the PanAm office for various reasons via email, voicemail, and certified letter. I attempted a total of 6 times via the various methods and NEVER received any sort of response. When I was able to get somebody on the phone, they always transferred me to another person that "just stepped away" but I'd never hear back from.
I would never rent from them again. Super unprofessional.

Joshua Hoffman and Pan Am are completely incompetent. Living in this building feels like living in a trailer park thanks to their poor management. The super, Jose Pinto, is equally incompetent and lazy. If you want a good laugh, try emailing Joshua about any reasonable issue as a tenant. He will respond with the temperament of a toddler. These people are brought into court very often for their negligence, and my lawyer has personally vouched for their terrible reputation in New York City. Find a decent property to reside in, don’t make the mistake of signing a lease with them.
