image Booked there on 04/08/2024. Lets just say the person a Spanish woman who calls herself sunshine very rude obnoxious have very poor customer service. Hotel didnt have towels nor did it have hot water. This ignorant person who worked on this day. Decided she wanted to call the police on me being a Karen at her best. Whoever was working on 04/08/2024 because she didnt want any to give her name either. Time 7pm-10pm the confrontation happened. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

image My boyfriend and I stayed here from Monday-Saturday and had major water issues from Wednesday-Saturday until check out. When informing front desk each day that our water was freezing cold they claim they would fix it but did not fix it almost until the next morning where there was a small window of time for us to shower with hot water. This is unacceptable being that we paid for 6 days there. When speaking with the manager Amanda she claims it was because of the earthquake when the earthquake was only on Friday of our stay. She then proceeded to tell me she did not receive any complaints from us (in which we have complained since Wednesday) and we were the only people who complained about water. She claims she has been there for 7 years and never had an issue with water and refunded us 10% for 2 days which came to $45. Which is unacceptable being that we paid for almost a WEEK there and had been complaining about water since Wednesday. I was overall unsatisfied with my stay being that all the money we spent we had no hot water and she proceeded to give as little as $45.00 when they dont even come clean your room for that whole time youre staying there. For new towels we had to pack up our old towels and take it to the front desk, and clean our own room/ bathroom during our stay. Its basically independent stay when you stay here.
