Just a note to express my sincere appreciation for the job both Erik Vargas and his brothers performed while our boiler stopped working during the coldest time of the year. Between them, they saved us untold thousands of dollars and material costs. So thankful for the job they did and for the loan of heaters until the job was completed. These guys were great! Very professional. They gave a very detailed quote. They listen to all my requests. They did the work according to the estimate and were very price competitive. This family run and operated business submitted a well priced quote to replace a central air conditioning unit. They were able to come and do the work within three days and did an absolutely fabulous job. Everything was very clearly explained and the job was completed in one day. They were respectful of my property and did a great job cleaning up. A few unseen small problems not listed on the estimate were taken care of at no additional charge. Finding a reliable, smart, and friendly air conditioning professional can be very hit or miss in this area which tends to result in a lot of stress as a homeowner, especially when temperatures soar. Now that I’ve used JES’ services, I don’t think I’m going to have to stress anymore. I found JES online and submitted an inquiry through their website but kept my expectations low considering other HVAC providers hardly ever respond to online inquiries this time of year. The team at JES got back to me almost immediately AND they were able to stop by the same day to check out my system. A day after that, I had their estimate and the proposed cost was substantially lower than what everyone else had quoted for the same a/c upgrade project. Even better, they were able to get the work done only a few days later. Now my house is cool and I saved a lot of money by hiring JES. They’re a family team that does fantastic work at great prices. Absolutely nothing negative to say about their service at all. I will be using them for all of our HVAC needs. Services: AC installation, AC repair
