I've been using Kiehl's shaving products since college, and I graduated in 1972. I'd never use anything else. Now I use a lot of their other men's products. They are expensive but they perform as promised. Now that I'm married, my wife has begun to use their women's line. Again, it's expensive but she says they work as promised.

I really hope I get her name right but I believe it’s Nala was such an amazing associate and such a sweetheart. Came in a bit before closing for an item and she was so patient. With such warm and energetic personality.
I will definitely come be back here again!

This place is so nice but the cashiers had a nasty attitude towards me and my boyfriend. I came in and said hi and they didn’t even respond. And after I bought what I needed I saw a bag so I decided to get it last minute and pay with cash . And I literally had to wait 5 minutes to get my change back. When the cashier handed me my change she did it rudely like almost throwing it at my hand. For my first time in this store the customer service was horrible I will not be returning there ever again.

Lovely knowledgeable young lady there. She gave me a sample of a product - turned out to be perfect! In today's world - so refreshing to have such great customer service!! Love this store and their products
