      image Parked in the parking lot. Went in the building to get my Key Bank debit card. Came back 10 mins. later and was booted. The guy was rude and said I have a time limit as how long it takes as a customer to use the bank. Key Bank received an email and owes me $74.00 on Christmas Eve. Im not recommending this bank to any future customers.

      image The staff at this specific key Bank is absolutely terrible! They are unprofessional and never know what the hell is going on. No customer service. I recently went there to withdraw money and they were unable to. I asked them why and I had to wait for the manager for an explanation. I went to another keybank location and had no issues. Do not wasit your time going to this KeyBan in white plains.

      image Horrible customer service and this lady one of the relationships manager has some attitude. It seem a little racist that she's only nice to the white customers but when and other darker clinics come she have a rude tone.
