The service we had received was incredible. They were very helpful in identifying the caused issue of our septic tank and was very informative. They unclogged our drainage system and treated the septic tank. Also recommended that in the future to switch to PVC pipes. Not realizing since we had just purchased our home, the sewage pipe was not straight. Therefore we will have to revisit in getting our pipes done properly in the near future. This was the first time that I used Drastic Drainage and I am more than satisfied. My cesspool needed to be pumped every 10 month on average. My prior service provider pumped out the pool through a small opening in the cover. I was worried about the integrity of the pool. Mike and Lucas dug down and exposed the entire cover, which was cracked and fell apart when the removed it. They showed me that my pool had never been completely pumped and was overfull. They pumped it out thoroughly, installed a collar and new cover. I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Mike and Lucas are friendly, professional and competent. The price was reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend them. I know that I will always rely on them for their honesty and competence.

I had a septic back up and i called drastic drainage ,they did a great job located my septic tank and over flow pool pumped them both out and got everything working back to normal .very good job explained everything to me well .will recommend to everyone !!
