We had 3 different companies come out to inspect and give us an estimate and felt very comfortable with John's assessment and estimate. Our job was scheduled during a very busy and rainy season as well as with the COVID-impacted supply and worker shortages and whenever I called to get an estimate about timing, Lauren, the receptionist, was sweet and professional, even with all of my questions and nagging! When we got the roof fixed, the men were professional and great. They did a wonderful job and cleaned everything up. The cost was fair and the work was done very well! Had a great experience with them having a few skylight domes replaced and resealing up common leak points on my roof. John was very knowledgeable, gave me a few different options based on my what my goals were, and assessed my entire roof to give me an idea of its overall condition. Lauren at the office was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Brian and his assistant were courteous and professional the day of the job and made sure it was done right. We had a serious leak in the ceiling of an upstairs bedroom last year and suspicious ceiling issues in another bedroom. I called Leak Stoppers on the recommendation of a friend who had a good experience with this company. The office manager Lauren immediately set up an appointment with the company's owner John who came right on time to assess the problem. The back roof had to be replaced which we suspected. John explained what needed to be done in great detail and patiently took a lot of time to answer all questions, he was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable and thorough and not at all pushy. Lauren was consistently professional, polite and helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. The leak problems were resolved so this year I contacted Leak Stoppers again regarding another leak in our basement, also concerns about ceilings in dining room and dormer. Again John assessed everything very carefully and took a lot of time patiently explaining everything, took drone pictures, never put pressure, we were given options and made an informed decision to replace the front roof. Both times the work crew was great, carefully cleaned up all the debris, head of crew Dennis was polite and very pleasant answering all my questions as the work progressed. Whenever I had to call the office Lauren was always there to patiently assist me, she was extremely helpful and friendly. We felt that the costs of both roof replacements were reasonable and were very, very pleased with the work. We know John is there for us if we need any work done in the future, we are extremely confident of his outstanding ability and expertise. It was great working with John who couldn't have been more helpful, the jobs done were excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and his company, it was a pleasure working with everyone.
