I called them for a minor truck repair a pulley and belt replacement , I was told by the women in the office and the owner david that they had all the parts and could do the repair on a dd15 motor, he was on his way out realized he did not have the parts and drove all over new york at a rate of 150.00 per hour to get them, and then got them locally . charged me 1600.00 for a repair that should have taken 3-4 hours with travel time , this guy has no idea what he's doing . held the truck hostage until paid cash and wouldn't answer his phone to discuss the bill with me. sounds like a nice guy on the phione be pre paired to be ripped off
