I had to contact Brian Ricks who just said they were told the person moved, he never responded to my last email requesting a final report as evidence for court and never provided updates though out the attemps. If you cannot find the person you should at least let the customer know the final disposition but nothing, so thanks for nothing - I would not recommend. After this post Brian called right away to argue with me about what was done without having his facts straight and saying they have thousands of cases which is BS and was giving one excuse after another - the case is not closed so it takes a bad review to give me an update - the reason, must be your thousands of cases.
