      image Terrance at the Destiny Mall T-Mobile shop was incredibly helpful when upgrading my son's phone. Took a while longer than expected but at the end of the day, my son has a new phone that works well. Kudos to Dontres as well who dealt with a number of customers in the best way possible! Overall pretty happy with the service from T-Mobile - been customers for several years now.
