This company did a great job 4 years ago on replacing my roof as well as fixing my chimney. So far so good! Additionally, they have been very responsive to any questions Ive had over the years. They even came and dropped off a few materials without charge a few years later when I finally was able to do another home repair. I get the impression that theyre a small, family run business as they were very quick to come out when I thought the roof might be leaking (it wasnt) but less quick when I called for materials. They seemed busy but never dismissive and they came through above and beyond when they could as they did it all without charge. They didnt have to do that. This company operates professionally and with integrity. Its nice and I recommend them.

I called CNY to clean my guttersI had an overflow problem in one corner that was washing out everything on the ground. They were very responsive at the office and I had an appointment within a few days. Paul and Andrew came to clean the gutters. They were prompt and very politeso nice!They put a lot of effort into finding out where the clog was but they got it figured out. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them and would definitely recommend Paul and Andrew!

I contacted CNY Roofing for a quote on a roof replacement on a Thursday, they sent Vernon (the guys who OWNS the company) the very next day. We were heading in to Memorial day weekend, so he said I would get an email estimate from him by Tuesday. I contacted the office via email on Wednesday as I hadn't received the estimate, the lady in the office says she would look into it and get back to me- no response back. So I called the office Thursday and she gave me Vernon's cell phone number. I called and had to leave a voicemail, and again no return call or response back, so I called him again the next day and again no answer, I also called the office and the lady in the office said she would contact him again. Needless to say it's Monday, and I still have not even received my estimate. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company, if they can't even be professional and timely enough about getting back to me with an estimate, then I certainly can't trust them doing my roof. Be warned, I would stay far away from this roofing company and don't bother wasting your time like I did.
