I have been with Better Living Now for years now. Recently they have changed for the worst. You get in contact with someone from India. They tell you to refill you have to wait 24 hours for someone to call you back to do so. I am a diabetic and depend on certain supplies. This company is the worst.

They sent me the wrong supllies, and have yet to send me a return label for the wrong items. They still have not sent me the correct items that I requested purchased. Very bad customer service

I did not want to give them any score rating due to they do not deserve even a one star. Horrible customer service, they don't answer their phone just an auto calling center, they do not return calls in a timely manner (if they do, it is days), etc. I'll switch provider.

Its a 1 star because I cant give a zero if you cherish your life look for another company.. customer support is a call center in India.. They cant help you they know nothing and supervisor are just as clueless as people answering phones.. if they tell you someone going to call you back, dont hold your breath and they lie if they say orders coming dont believe them.. they can only take your info and pass it on there just answering service..theres a issue they cant tell what it is because there just a call center there not trusted to know anything. they cant even transfer you to the department thats holding the order up to find more information. I think they thought they were buying a magazine subscription company got a medical supple company by mistake.. now Im just waiting for group lawsuits to join.
Update. I finally found a way to get a hold of someone helpful.. lets see if I can move it to a 1 star or 2

Agree 100% with all the other reviews. Since being purchased by another company I have not received all my supplies that I need as a diabetic. Doctor keeps sending prescription over and they magically never get it. No return phone calls. Website is a joke. This has been putting my health in jeopardy. They obviously do not care about the well being of others. Honestly they deserve no stars as they literally do nothing right.
